We are happy to announce that we will be reopening on November 11th! We will be back - offering COVID secure escape games for all our customers.

We have carried out a full risk assessment and have received our "Good To Go" COVID accreditation.

We missed having people to entertain and we look forward to seeing you all so the fun can re-commence.

Changes to normal operating procedures

• We are only accepting groups of 2-6 players from 2 households in each game room

• Face masks must be worn during your game. Bring your own or purchase one from reception. The use of gloves is encouraged but not mandatory.

• We ask you to wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer before entering the room.

• We have limited the numbers of games available and staggered game start times to avoid the crossover of groups. Contactless payments are preferable.

• We can not accept walk-in bookings, all games must be pre-booked. If you're outside, just call and we'll be happy to help.

• If you are early, please wait outside until your start time. If your group arrives incomplete, please wait outside for the remainder of your party.

• We carry out cleaning in between each game, concentrating on high touch objects.

• Contactless check-in. Our waiver and sign up process must be completed before arrival for each member of your group. Everything you need will be sent to you by email beforehand. 

• Our team will be distancing themselves from our guests by at least 2 meters at all times as well as wearing face coverings.
