The Gower Peninsula

Named the UK’s first area of outstanding natural beauty in 1956 nothing has changed since. Adored by walkers, sunbathers and adventurers there's something for everyone only a short drive from the City Center. Check out some of the amazing live webcams available at Gower Live.

Music Venues - The Bunkhouse

Opened in September 2018, The Bunkhouse has made a splash on The King-sway. With Live bands on most days of the week the City Center has welcomed this new addition to the local music scene. Supporting 100% local drought beers has been a big hit too!

Swansea Market

Since the 1700s Swansea has held a bustling market. With over 100 stalls you can find all manner of confectionery, clothing, tools and spares, services, supplies, fruit, vegetable, fish, meat, jewelry and cosmetics. If you want to get a feel for Swansea and meet some of the hard working locals here’s the place to be!

Mumbles Pier

One of the last family owned piers in the UK the Mumbles Pier was opened in 1898. Although closed for renovation (re-opening towards the end of 2019) there are plenty of shops cafes and amusements open to keep you entertained until the sun sets for an iconic view.
